Sebastian Falck

Sebastian is a true travel veteran, bringing more than two decades of experience in organizing and leading extraordinary journeys. Back in the 2000s, he was already organizing and guiding sled-dog tours in Sweden as well as incentive trips around the world – long before Armenia and Central Asia became the focus of his professional life.

From 2010 to 2015, Sebastian lived and worked in Tajikistan as a development worker. His years in Central Asia left a lasting impression and sparked his deep fascination with the region. Ever since, he has kept returning to the countries stretching between the Pamir and the Caucasus.

In 2018, his journey took him to Armenia, where he worked as a tourism consultant until 2024. During this time, he got to know the country in depth – not only its famous sights, but above all its people, diverse regions, and the small roads and hidden corners far beyond the usual tourist routes. This experience ultimately led Sebastian to initiate the Armenia MTB Tour, which we have been running since 2026.

Sebastian lives in Potsdam, was born in 1973, and is the father of two children. At Epic Trails, he combines his many years of experience in travel organization and guiding with his particular passion for the Caucasus.
